 Do you remember the moisturiser that was your skincare heroine in your 20s?  Was it the smell, or the way the product glided on that made it your heroine?  Or maybe the price? You probably never gave a thought to its effectiveness.

Sadly, those days are gone now, and in the past they shall remain ☹ .

Effectiveness is the new heroine of your skincare products.  The smell, the way it glides on ... these are just the supporting cast. 

Science has smiled on you, doing the heavy lifting to identify the ingredients you need to resolve your skincare problems. 

And Dr Susan will do her part, by trawling the internet to find those few products that have just the right ingredients to be perfect for resolving YOUR skincare problems. Skincare products are not uniformly priced, so they are not on the price list.

Having purchased products from A Touch of Spa Beauty Salon, Woking, you may be eligible for a refund of the price you paid if you notify A Touch of Spa Beauty Salon within 7 days of purchase of your intention to return that product in an unused, unopened state,  and in its original packaging.  To secure your refund, products to be returned must be received by A Touch of Spa within 28 days of purchase, or of the date that the product was mailed to you.  You will not receive a refund if the product or packaging has been opened in any way or if the product has been, or appears to have been used. You, the customer, are responsible for the full cost of returns, including postage and packing.  Refunds will be made via bank transfer for UK customers, or PayPal for customers outside the UK.

With regard to treatments or skin analyses, you will not receive a refund once your appointment has begun.  You will be charged the full rate on the price list even if you decide at any point during the appointment that you do not want to go forward.

If you are late for your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your appointment, and receive only the remaining amount of time left on your appointment slot.
